Patient Account Representative
Pride Health is seeking Insurance Auth Rep for one of the large health systems based out of West Allis, WI 53227.
Job Title – Insurance Auth Rep
Location – West Allis, WI 53227
Length of Assignment – 4 months (With Possible extension)
Shift – Mon-Fri; 8am-4:30pm
Pay Range - - $20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. (based upon experience)
Job Summary
Data entry position will be working with an Excel spreadsheet to gather and transfer data to the UHC (United Healthcare) portal. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and EPIC; will be processing around 55/day.

Requirements
· Support on the Unit: Leadership Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC required; UHC Portal experience is a plus.
· *Must have 1 year of experience in providing customer service that includes experiences in patient accounts, third-party payer plans, accounts receivable/collection processes, and medical clinic processes and workflow.;
· *Must understand basic human anatomy, medical terminology, and procedures for application in the patient referral/ pre-certification/ authorization processes.
