Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:
Technical Support for Application Stack:
Provide comprehensive technical support for the organization's application stack, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Ticket Management:
Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Staff Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal staff regarding technical issues and resolutions.

Client Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring clients are informed about the status and resolution of their support tickets.

Proprietary system support:
Provide technical support for our homegrown systems, including:
Creating and running SQL queries.
Generating custom reports.
Resolving level 3 support tickets which require scripting and database knowledge.

Scripting and Reporting:
Develop and maintain scripts for automation and reporting using SQL Server.

Special Projects:
Participate in special technology-related projects as assigned, contributing technical expertise and support.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
Strong understanding of SQL Server, including query creation and report generation.

Experience:
Previous experience in technical support roles.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on technical support, troubleshooting, and scripting in C#.
