Candidate should have minimum of 3+ years experience in a retail or big box environment and knowledgeable in Fresh meats, including different cuts, grades, and varieties, merchandising, rotation, sales forecasting, and ordering of product. HACCP knowledge a big plus. We are a unique wholesale operation and not open to the general public. Must be able move/lift 50 lb cases and also be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-40 degrees) throughout the day. Flexible schedule required as we are open 7 days. - Collaborate with the Logistics team to manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and reduce carrying costs, taking into account the challenges of cold storage.
5. Compliance and Safety:
