Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Develop a team of culinarians, stewards, and managers
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items for banquet and outlet operations
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
  • Work with Front of House and Sales teams on custom events
