Customer Service/eCommerce

 

Primary focus of this role will be to monitor/review and update any e-commerce inbound orders to ensure the orders are processed in our backend systems utilizing the organization’s procedures as a guide for said process.

From time to time, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and face-to-face interactions may also be required using a friendly, helpful approach.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. They will possess the communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of working with various e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon FBA.

Utilize skills and information to analyze, monitor, and resolve issues related to E-commerce order process flow.

Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure an accurate and timely resolution of system errors or deviations.

Manually enter incoming orders within the company’s order entry system.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Assist customers in determining the types of products or services that best meet their needs by providing an overview of products and services offered, which may also generate sales leads.

Utilize internal systems to keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Process customer orders from the Company’s main website and other marketplaces such as Walmart.com and Ebay.com, set up and maintain customers’ accounts, changes to existing accounts, file documents as necessary.

Produce reports as requested using internal reporting systems.

Maintain current knowledge of Company’s products, product features and benefits and represent the products and Company effectively to customers.

Appropriately respond to customer inquiries/concerns via phone, email or chat relative to orders, products, or services and determine the required action to effectively address the call and ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist cross functionally with other department needs as requested.

Complete other data entry tasks as assigned.

Bilingual speaking candidate (English and Spanish) is a plus

1-3 years’ experience in an e-commerce/customer-facing role Amazon FBA and/or Seller Central experience

High School diploma, Associates Degree or a combination of education and experience
