Ecommerce Specialist

Our client is seeking an ECommerce Specialist to join their team. As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for category and product merchandising on website, driving high customer engagement, promotions, and overall category sales volume for their portfolio of brands.

~On-site 4 days a week. Friday remote~

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and improve website conversion rates
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to identify key trends and support marketing initiatives that drive category sales
• Oversee the timely setup of online content, marketing events, and promotional activities
• Optimize site merchandising to enhance product discoverability and presentation, working closely with the marketing director
• Partner with eCommerce product management to maximize sales through effective page layouts and navigation
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product enhancements and customer experience improvements
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
• Manage and mentor a team to support overall ecommerce objectives

Qualification

• marketing experience in the consumer goods industry
• Strong experience with excel (v-lookups, data tables, formulas etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships effectively
• Results-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
