Your Impact:

As a District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of multiple fast food establishments. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success and profitability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Success: Set clear sales goals for each Restaurant Manager and the entire district. Develop and execute action plans to achieve these goals and ensure accountability.
  • Optimize Operations: Coach Restaurant Managers on managing labor costs, loss prevention, food costs, inventory systems, and cash handling to maximize efficiency.
  • Execute Marketing Initiatives: Ensure the effective rollout of marketing campaigns and product launches to boost brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Foster Collaboration: Share best practices, recognize top performers, and create a collaborative environment where teams learn from each other and excel.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain a focus on safety, cleanliness, and adherence to federal and state labor laws to ensure a secure environment for employees and guests.
  • Elevate Guest Experience: Lead by example to exceed guest expectations. Use guest feedback to develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Promote Training & Development: Oversee the use of training tools to ensure consistent knowledge among new and existing team members. Support Restaurant Managers in their professional growth.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Select, train, and develop leadership teams. Provide ongoing feedback, recognize achievements, and address concerns promptly.
  • Manage Expenses: Monitor personal and team expenses to maintain financial integrity.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time position with expectations of working 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Frequent local area travel required.

Qualifications:

  • A.A. or B.A. in Business Management or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in fast food environments with multi-unit supervisory experience
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Local store marketing experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent use of hands, standing, talking, and hearing
  • Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
