TraxNYC, a premier jewelry company located in the heart of Manhattan, is looking for a dedicated and versatile Office Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow professionally and commit long-term to our company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and work areas.
  • Assist in planning and setting up company events and business trips.
  • Manage routine emails and correspondences.
  • Provide general administrative support across various departments as needed, including working with spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bright, energetic personality with a strong willingness to learn and expand skill set.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Excel is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 7 PM.
  • Commitment to a long-term role for at least 3 years within the company.
