Your Role:

As a Recruiter at IMG Corporations you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent that aligns with our values and objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure we build a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by crafting compelling job descriptions and materials that reflect our vibrant company culture and appeal to top talent.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to continually improve our recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a bonus.
