Our client in the financial industry is seeking 2 new starts for a client-focused settlement support role. Please review below

The Settlement Support Representative is primarily responsible for assisting in the identification, document processing and distribution of POA’s to hand selected creditors. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, have exceptional time management skills and the ability to work well independently. Candidates should have vast experience in Microsoft excel, outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Downloading, editing and uploading large amounts of files.
• Sending documents to the appropriate recipients via email and fax.
• Tracking and notating accounts appropriately.
• Demonstrates and exudes all company Core Values.
• Organize creditor contacts and results for future reference and use.
• Call creditors to follow up on past settlements and confirm delivery of documents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma, BA preferred or equivalent experience and/or related training.

Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Specialty Software Skills: Debt Pay Pro knowledge is a plus.

Pay:

· $15/hr. paid weekly
