One of our clients is seeking a reliable HRIS Analyst/Generalist to join their team.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $70,000 per year, based on your experience. You will work daytime hours Monday – Friday.

Some of your responsibilities as an HRIS Analyst/Generalist include overseeing databases, software, and computer systems used to manage their human resources, as well as:

  • Analyzing HRIS systems
  • Monitoring performance
  • Resolving issues
  • Gathering data and documenting
  • Reporting
  • Training
  • Software integrations
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure top performance
  • Managing payroll related items done in HRIS system (reviewing payroll and maintaining benefits and tax records)
  • Preparing time and attendance records
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Assisting the HR Generalist with performing HR related duties/staffing needs (recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration, timekeeping, law compliance, etc.)
  • Assisting with creating the Open Enrollment process
  • Assisting with improving efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
  • Participating in educational opportunities to maintain job knowledge
  • Performing other duties as assigned

 

To qualify, you must have a strong knowledge of human resources practices, labor and employment laws, you will also be expected to have:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Ability to explain HR related terms and concepts to those outside of the HR department
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to collaborate
  • Ability to motivate, influence and train others
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new computer programs
  • Strong organizational skills
