Company Description:

SpecTex Solutions LLC is a Houston-based manufacturer representative firm specializing in serving the South Texas market. Our goal is to promote sales growth and market knowledge for plumbing and mechanical manufacturers through strong partnerships, excellent service and a great customer experience.


Role Description:

As an inside sales representative at SpecTex Solutions, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of plumbing parts to a diverse

clientele, including engineers, contractors, and wholesale distribution partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as actively seek out new leads and opportunities.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and technical assistance to customers.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes for outside sales staff
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote SPECTEX Solutions


Qualifications:

  • Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
  • College Degree encouraged but is not required
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the plumbing and mechanical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Not recommended but familiarity with QuoteWerks quoting software would be great
  • MUST LIVE IN HOUSTON AREA
