Inside Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. The candidate would also be is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Negotiate sales and close deals, and meet monthly targets
- Collaborate with the Sales Team/Management to identify and grow opportunities within the market
- Utilize our ERP System to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Assist in business development activities to expand the customer base
- Coordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, quotes and expediting
- Other duties may be assigned as required by Management
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years inside sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- Familiar with negotiation techniques
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Excellent detail orientation, digital competence, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of technical sales processes or experience with
- Thermocouples/Thermowells is a plus
Secondary Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
