We are currently expanding our team and seeking dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join us. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to educate them on our roofing services and how we can assist them with their insurance claims.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, offering them a trusted advisor in the roofing process.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, setting up appointments for roofing inspections and consultations.
  • Sales: Present our services and solutions effectively to close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: No previous experience is required in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or customer service, but having this experience is a plus. We value drive and determination over experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in the pursuit of goals.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
