Sales Representative | Entry Level | Paid Training

Position Details:
Our Sales Representative operates in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment. They are responsible for directly representing our clients and building retail brand awareness. They provide exceptional customer service and help drive sales.

Our hiring team will look for individuals who are competitive, have great communication skills, and have customer experience. Our Sales Representative will work with customers in-store and use relationship-based sales techniques to increase sales.

Requirements for our Sales Representative:

  • Work experience as a brand ambassador or in sales, customer service, or retail
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends, and some holidays)
  • Reliable/personal transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Work the sales floor and build our clients' brand (greet and direct customers)
  • Conduct sales presentations and provide customer service
  • Ensure an extraordinary customer experience and answer customers' questions
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate the sales process
  • Attend sales and client meetings
