Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: You will assume an important role in collaborating with the Regional Marketing Manager with the planning, executing, and analyzing multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns and initiatives, including direct mail, social media, and digital. Partner with the Regional Marketing Manager to manage various marketing projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. 

Expert Coordination and Quality Control: Coordinate, edit and proof, with great attention to detail, all marketing media placed on behalf of the brands, including print ads, flyers, direct mailings, signage, community promotions, online channels, and more. 

Community Brand Building: Support the brands in identifying market opportunities for sponsorships, charitable contributions, trade shows, and ventures. Additionally, organize and coordinate marketing events as required. Lead and execute brand-specific campaigns.

Reporting, Data Analysis, and Auditing: Analyze and present the performance of each brand’s marketing campaigns, providing reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness. Conduct campaign performance analysis for lead-generating platforms like Google LSA, NextDoor, HomeAdvisor, and others. Identify trends in performance, success, and areas of improvement and make recommendations. 

Social and Reputation Management: Plan and execute organic social media content with each brand. Build and manage the calendar, coordinating with each brand on post approvals, content creation, and more.

Budget and Spend Management- Monitor and report on the marketing budget for each brand. Complete closeouts for each brand, allocating marketing spend accurately including following up on invoices to confirm accuracy in pricing and payment confirmations on a monthly basis. 

Brand Communication: Organize marketing meeting decks, be prepared to lead parts of the meeting, and give updates on marketing initiatives when applicable. Continuously update presentation decks showcasing growth-driving activities, new marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and more. 

Vendor/Agency Management- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign launches. 

  

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. 
  • 3+ years of marketing experience within in-home service, local business, multi-site business, retail or hospitality is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing, including but not limited to SEO principles, PPC, LSA, online review management, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Joy of marketing – enjoys discussing marketing, growth programs, and making a difference
