Call Center Representative/ CSR

Job Title: Call Center Representative/ CSR
Location: Long Island City NY 11101
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
Must have previous customer service and call center experience. Requires sound knowledge of Word, Excel in addition to excellent communication skills.
Use computer databases and information technology systems to research information needed to respond to and track the progress of responses to customer inquiries.
Send escalation emails and create service requests for unresolved matters.
Qualification Required:
Required Skills-Open availability to work shift schedules at any given time from 6 am to 12 am. Shifts are as follows: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m., 6:30 am-2:30 pm, 7 am-3 pm, 7:30 am-3:30 pm, 8 am-4 pm, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, 9 am-5 pm, 10 am-6 pm, 12 pm-8 pm, 1 pm-9 pm, 2 pm-10 pm and 4 pm-12 am.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, overtime, and emergencies.
Educational Requirements-Minimum High school diploma
