We are a growing team and a growing medical practice  Currently hiring for a Medical Front Desk Receptionist.  

  • We are committed to providing excellent customer service to both patients and referring physicians.

  • Ensure clinic efficiency by checking in patients and visitors for appointments and meetings, collecting copays, deductibles, and self-pay balances, and directing patient flow.

  • Verify insurance coverage.

  • Experience with and assist with Prior Authorizations as needed.

  • Assists patients with necessary paperwork as needed.

  • Prepare patient charts neatly and accurately for daily appointments.

  • Closing out end-of-day reports and collecting all money received to balance with reports.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain schedules for multiple providers.

  • Maintaining a multiline phone system; obtaining appropriate information to transfer calls to the proper point of contact.

  • Performing office duties: Data entry, copying, faxing, and emailing.

  • Performing other administrative duties as requested.
