  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs with precision.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding spa services, treatments, and products to our guests.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills while promoting additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist guests in selecting retail products and ensure they are informed about their proper usage.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within all spa areas consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with spa management to enhance guest service quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior experience in a spa or salon setting is essential.
  • Experience in retail is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with spa protocols and computer systems is preferred.
