About Our Client: Our client is a leader in the hospitality industry, renowned for their outstanding customer support and commitment to quality service. They are looking for individuals with hospitality experience to join their team and uphold their reputation for excellence.
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to established customers, ensuring each interaction meets their needs and enhances their overall experience.
Start Date: September 30th
Pay: $16-$18/hr (DOE)
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Shifts:
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- Mon-Fri 10am-7pm
- Mon-Fri 11am-8pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and processing orders.
- Respond promptly to internal and external emails, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Provide customers with regular updates on order tracking and delivery status.
- Facilitate smooth and customer-friendly product returns.
- Document and report damaged products, initiating appropriate protocols.
- Maintain organized records to support efficient daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong preference for hospitality experience.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with internet-based systems
