Job Overview:

The Executive Construction Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive team, with a particular focus on millwork projects. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a keen eye for detail in the specialized field of millwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the executive team with scheduling, communications, and project management, specifically in relation to millwork projects.
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met, with a focus on custom millwork production and installation.
  • Prepare and review documents, including contracts, reports, and project plans related to millwork.
  • Liaise with millwork contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and best practices in millwork.
  • Manage executive correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meetings, with a focus on millwork-related communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the executive team in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials related to millwork projects.
