Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing virtual rehabilitation services to seniors. You will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve their mobility, function, and quality of life. This position requires a high level of expertise in physical therapy and a commitment to delivering compassionate care through virtual means.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.

  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on patient evaluations, goals, and needs.

  • Provide guided exercise instruction, education, and support to patients through virtual platforms.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within Tele Cure to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Educate patients and their families on maintaining physical health and preventing further injuries.

  • Stay current with advancements in telehealth and physical therapy to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably with experience in geriatric care.

  • Strong knowledge of telerehabilitation practices and familiarity with virtual care platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate patients remotely.

  • Proficiency in using technology for virtual consultations, including video conferencing and electronic medical records.
