Position: Licensed Physical Therapist
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.
Work Schedule: 7am-4pm (three days) and 8am-5pm (two days). No weekend shifts.
Work Environment: Outpatient Orthopedic Facility

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and motivate patients in enhancing their functional capabilities.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment responses accurately.
- Fit and instruct patients on the use of orthopedic devices and mobility aids.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide guidance to Physical Therapy Technicians assisting in clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
