We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented craftsman for metal panel assembly. Similar experience would be Furniture Makers, Joiners, and Finish Carpentry. The ideal candidates will have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail, capable of producing high-quality products that meet exacting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create custom metal panel cladding.
  • Perform assembly and packaging of finished products in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Quality Control:

  • Inspect completed products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform adjustments and touch-ups to achieve flawless results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaboration and Customer Service:

  • Could you provide input and suggestions to improve designs and outcomes?
  • Communicate progress and any issues effectively with team members.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Furniture Maker, Joiner, Finish Carpenter, or metal panel fabricator.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication and making finished products.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of tools and machinery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for handling materials and working in various positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training or apprenticeship in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.
  • Experience with custom furniture making or metal panel fabrication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
