We are currently seeking a Sheet Metal Supervisor to lead our skilled team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in sheet metal production and installation, along with a proven track record in team leadership. In this role, you will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget constraints, and adhere to the highest quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of sheet metal fabricators to ensure timely and quality project completion.
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components, including ducts, roofing, and siding.
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of sheet metal professionals.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
