As a Content Designer with our company, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously expand your skill set in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership:

  • Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop and execute design concepts for various mediums, including print, digital, packaging, and 3D renderings, among many others.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

2. Multi-Disciplinary Design:

  • Create compelling layouts for print and digital publications.
  • Design and produce packaging for new products, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
  • Develop UI/UX designs for websites and applications, focusing on user experience and interface design.
  • Create cutting patterns and templates for production purposes.
  • Design tradeshow layouts and spaces, ensuring effective use of space and brand visibility.
  • Produce 3D renderings and visualizations for product designs and presentations.

3. Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Content Creation Manager and stakeholders.

4. Mentorship and Collaboration:

  • Mentor and provide guidance to other content team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with other creatives, such as content creators, marketers, and product developers, to achieve cohesive and impactful design solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and critique to improve overall design quality.

5. Technical Skills and Innovation:

  • Utilize advanced design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and 3D rendering software.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, technologies, and incorporate new techniques and innovations into design work.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-disciplinary design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch Figma, and 3D rendering software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in mentoring and providing feedback to junior designers.
