Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our vibrant marketing team. This full-time, on-site role will focus on growing FHI Heat's social media presence, building brand awareness, engaging our community, and driving results. You’ll be at the forefront of creating and curating content that speaks to our audience and elevates our brand in the competitive beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to grow FHI Heat’s online presence across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) that reflects FHI Heat’s brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely, authentic manner to drive engagement and customer loyalty.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay on top of industry trends, social media innovations, and best practices to keep FHI Heat at the forefront of the beauty conversation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, report insights, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborations: Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to develop and implement exciting partnerships and campaigns that amplify FHI Heat’s presence.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure social media initiatives align with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content is aligned with FHI Heat’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and on-brand look, feel, and tone.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media platforms for brands, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
