Job DescriptionJob Description

Do you work in construction or building maintenance or have knowledge and experience in construction, building maintenance or restoration? Do you thrive on collaborative teamwork?

Summit Restoration and Construction, LLC is looking to fill the position of Warehouse and Facility Supervisor. A good candidate for this position has construction experience, is proactive, and can think outside the box.

This is a key position in the success of our production department and overall building operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Help source unique or hard-to-find construction materials and/or vendors

· Maintain organization and appropriate stock items within the warehouse

· Ensure the facility follows health, safety, and environmental regulations

· Supplier and subcontractor relations. Help us grow our network so the Project Managers have a pool of resources to produce projects within timeline and budget requirements.

· Emergency services liaison – ensure emergency services trailers are stocked and ready to always go

· Manage tool tracking and accountability program

· Fleet Management and Maintenance – You will have a company vehicle to use during the day.

· Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address issues.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies

In addition to the qualities listed above, a successful candidate in this position will also have the following attributes:

· You can multi-task, are proactive, and creative to make the warehouse operations and building run smoothly

· You are not afraid to talk to people at supply houses, retail locations, etc to help procure additional subcontractors and suppliers.

· Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

· You see the big picture and are not afraid to step outside your job description if needed to help the team.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

· Have a good understanding of supply chain procedures

· Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills

· You have a clean driving record and background screen

· Hard worker, look for ways to help the team succeed.
