Responsibilities for Construction Project Specialist
- Perform work and oversee construction apprentice
- Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables for our client's project
- Predict resources needed to complete project
- Manage costs to ensure job profitability
- Manage construction schedule, subcontractors, and activities for your crew
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Construction Project Specialist
- Demonstrated completion of construction projects
- Experience managing staff and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed
- Experience will be considered in lieu of listed qualifications
