A local family-owned company committed to providing high-quality landscaping services is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping and horticulture, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments. The Landscape Enhancement Manager will be responsible for overseeing enhancement projects for HOA entry ways, community centers and additional commercial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan, execute, and oversee landscape enhancement projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of landscape professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively
  • Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop creative and sustainable landscape enhancement plans. Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design plans, and maintain high-quality standards. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Prepare and present financial reports to management.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape enhancement or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape design principles
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in landscape design software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites


What You Can Expect

  • $25.00 - $30.00/hr, depending on experience
  • Opportunity to earn commissions on projects sold
  • Schedule of Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00/5:00pm
