About Us: Adjuvo Technologies is a leading engineering and manufacturing company specializing in the development and production of hardware solutions for the DoD training and simulation industry. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful execution of complex engineering and manufacturing projects.

Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of products through design, fabrication, assembly and integration. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, suppliers and ensuring the successful delivery of the products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and manufacturing processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
    • Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers and manufacturing personnel.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and departments.
    • Ensure that all team members are aware of project goals, deadlines, and their respective roles and responsibilities.
    • Identify, coordinate and support sourcing and procurement activities as required to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
    • Develop project risk assessment and manage risk mitigation throughout the project.
  • Customer Support and Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, risk assessments, and any changes to scope or timelines.
    • Address client concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to support internal planning.
    • Prepare and present project status reports for customers, including CDRLs as required by a project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, MRP, MRPII and Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
