Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a Technical Corporate Recruiter to support the entire recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to salary negotiations and final successful hires. This professional that would work on-site in our HQ office to support corporate Recruiting efforts in our Federal and civilian practice. We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience with both Government and Commercial experience.
The Responsibilities:
  • This role would report to the Recruiting Manager(s) and Account Manager(s)
  • Must have 3-5 years of Technical Recruiting experience
  • Must be on-site in our Herndon Office (VA Offices)
  • Must understand Urgency and Corporate recruiting for large Federal and commercial programs.
  • Manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for our accounts throughout each hiring cycle.
  • Determine the scope and nature of our accounts’ recruitment needs and their candidate expectations to ensure we can reliably identify, source, and hire the right candidates for the role.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
  • Superior time and task management abilities
  • Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment

The Differentiators:

Education:
