We are seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team You must be comfortable making calls, working with channel partners - clients and vendors, processing purchase orders and sales documents. This is a high volume, fast paced position that will also require technical understanding of the products we offer.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining up to date records of all opportunities/contacts in SalesForce
- Process all quote requests and new orders efficiently and with time-sensitive deadlines
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide them with the best possible product
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Prior experience with CRM and ERP software, preferably with Sage 100 and SalesForce
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial requirements preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
