Insurance Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
