ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communication and Coordination
    • Maintain constant communication with Amazon specialists to stay updated on any changes or requirements.
    • Monitor a daily sheet to ensure all updates and requests are promptly addressed.
    • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary items for packing orders.
    • Perform social media outreach for various company brands
    • Organize R&D products in the office
    • Maintain office tidiness
  • Order Processing and Packing
    • Pack orders according to specified requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Print labels provided by the Amazon specialist and attach FNSKU labels as required.
    • Update order details, including dimensions and weight, once packing is completed.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Update color-coordinated sheets to reflect the status of each order accurately.
    • Prepare necessary shipment documents and ensure compliance with Amazon’s fulfillment requirements.
    • Coordinate shipments to various Amazon warehouses as directed.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure King Palm Products are packed appropriately and individually as per Amazon’s fulfillment guidelines.
    • Maintain inventory records and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • 80% Office + 20% Warehouse Shipping (light duties)
  • A mix of self-initiative and teamwork.
  • Teams have a "home base" in their departments but are cross-trained.
  • You will be working directly with the company's executive team.
