Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, selling products over the phone, and maintaining our CRM databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the Director of Customer Service and other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Team as needed.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Proficiency in computer software applications, preferably experience with CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
