You'll support the development and execution of events and experiences that drive comprehension of the company, deepen brand love, and develop advocacy as a content, advertising, and shopping platform. You’ll work with a cross-functional team based primarily in the US and Europe. Associate Experiential Specialist (Contract W2 Non-Exempt)

Fully Remote - Eastern Time (Hybrid if local to New York)

Pay Range: $40.00 - $46.00 per hour DOE

Associate Experiential Specialist

What you'll do

  • Support the development and production of on-brand programming or experiences for our advertiser and consumer audiences
  • Research and source merchandise, vendors, and activation ideas
  • Support event logistics and operations as it relates to attendee travel, registration management,
    and legal contracting
  • Contribute to workback plans and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within
    budget
  • Participate in House of Creative team brainstorms, reviews, and post-mortems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of creative, marketing, or agency experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support briefs, recaps, and updates
  • Familiarity with Splash, Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets are a plus
  • Familiarity with current trends, creators are a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams, disciplines, and time zones
  • Ability to travel and be on-site to execute programs as needed
