Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

·      Write up custom quote proposals by reviewing customer supplied documents, including

written specifications, drawings, images, etc.

·       Follow up with leads and open quotations

·      Support sales and marketing by tracking customer requests

·      Receive and log customer inquiries and requests for information

·       Prepare and send out sales and marketing collateral to customers

·       Assist with tradeshow planning and other company events

·       Adhere to the company’s pricing and terms/conditions of sale guidelines

·       Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills

·       Work within company CRM and other in-house software systems

·      Creating sales reports and other sales/marketing related tasks

·      Purchase Order Processing

·      File new drawings

·      Assist project managers in data entry and filing for new projects

·       Additional duties as necessary and required

Requirements:

·      Details Oriented

·      Good verbal and written communication skills

·      Upbeat and energetic with multi-tasking capability

·      Minimum of 40wpm typing speed with superb accuracy

·      Furniture quotation experience

·       College Degree preferred, not mandatory
