Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and sales skills.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all brands and effectively communicate that to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store goals.
  • Restock sales floor as necessary to enhance customer shopping experience.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor to improve service quality.
  • Accurately follow Point of Sale procedures to ensure efficient transactions.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
  • Carefully package customer purchases.
  • Minimize loss through proactive floor presence.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Enjoy engaging with and assisting customers.
  • Reliable and adaptable regarding scheduled shifts.
  • Eager to learn and receptive to guidance.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, twist, stoop, and stand for extended periods, as well as lift materials up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
