  • Develop weekly maintenance schedules in coordination with maintenance planner and production teams.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure work orders are executed effectively.
  • Manage campus and facility infrastructure improvements, including building maintenance and landscaping.
  • Coordinate with facility contractors, monitor work quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize technical documentation (electrical schematics, P&IDs, etc.) to oversee job execution and provide design input.
  • Communicate with operations supervisors regarding priority changes and maintain flexibility in task assignments.
  • Ensure critical spare parts availability and replenishment.
  • Perform independent pipe joinery, equipment repairs, and other technical tasks as needed.
  • Support maintenance technicians during off-hours for critical repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing maintenance teams in an industrial production environment.
  • Third-party certifications in piping, mechanical, HVAC, or electrical trades are advantageous.
  • Experience with CMMS software for preventive maintenance and repair management.
