Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implements maintenance standards, and defines maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.
  • Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
  • Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
  • Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
  • Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical degree/certificate with applicable experience
  • 5+ years of experience in related positions in manufacturing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional time management
  • Experience leading functional and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
