The Order Entry Specialist will serve as an administrative support role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform data entry tasks to update order information
  • Analyze order data to identify trends or issues
  • Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions
  • Change sales orders
  • Enter purchase orders
  • Provide Accounts Receivable support on researching and resolving discrepancies
  • Resolve issues and escalate a needed
  • Run routine and special reports
  • Track open purchase orders
  • Maintain stock in transit reporting

Required Education / Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • SAP experience
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Able to drive/conduct a large meeting
  • Analytical ability
