Title: Accounts Payable
Liberty Home Guard is the country's fastest-growing and best-rated home warranty provider. We are looking for an accounts payable specialist to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. We are seeking an accounts payable representative who will be on the front line of interacting with our technicians and assisting them with payment. You will process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, answering vendor inquiries, and emails.
The Impact You Will Have:
Process payments and monitor expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Audit past expenses and technician accounts to ensure accurate issuance of payment.
Collaborate with our Authorizations department to clear up payment discrepancies and expedite claims.
Provide regular communication to management regarding the status of invoice payments.
Communicate with vendors via phone, e-mail, mail or in person to make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts.
Communicate and respond to inquiries and requests from other departments to ensure proper progression of claims.
Maintain records of customer and vendor interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents electronically.
Efficiently manage a large number of calls, and ensure to hit the minimum requirements that are set on a quarterly basis.
Have a thorough knowledge of the terms and conditions of each type of Protection Plan provided by AlphaCom S.R.L. customers.
Work and find solutions for our clients in delicate and complex situations.
Constantly exercise a high degree of initiative and independence.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer feedback as a basis for developing ideas to improve services, processes, and procedures.
Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.
