Receptionist Office Assistant

PMI RGV is seeking a self-driven, customer service skilled individual to fill in our
receptionist position and become a part of our growing team This position is
crucial to our operations as it will be the initial point of contact for the company.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls/text and FB texts
Give rental availability information to interested parties over the phone
Coordinate self viewings
Coordinate maintenance calls
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build rapport.
Organization skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
At least one year of customer service (Preferred).
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Some knowledge of basic computer programs (MS office, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint).
Ability to work as a team.
Detailed oriented.
Self-disciplined.
Ability to commit to work schedule.
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
30 minute lunch break
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
