Job DescriptionJob Description

PMI RGV is seeking a self-driven, customer service skilled individual to fill in our
receptionist position and become a part of our growing team This position is
crucial to our operations as it will be the initial point of contact for the company.
Responsibilities:
 Answer phone calls/text and FB texts
 Give rental availability information to interested parties over the phone
 Coordinate self viewings
 Coordinate maintenance calls
 Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
 Excellent customer service skills
 Ability to build rapport.
 Organization skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
 At least one year of customer service (Preferred).
 Great written and verbal communication skills.
 Bilingual (English/Spanish).
 Some knowledge of basic computer programs (MS office, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint).
 Ability to work as a team.
 Detailed oriented.
 Self-disciplined.
 Ability to commit to work schedule.
 Highschool diploma or equivalent.
 Valid driver’s license
 Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
 8 hour shift
 Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
 30 minute lunch break
Experience:
 Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
