Job Title: Planning & Performance Manager
Job Description:

To manage and develop our organization-wide planning and performance processes, improving organizational capabilities and ensuring alignment with our organization strategy and measurement of our progress against business and workforce goals. The ability to create a strong performance framework while also focusing on our team’s ability to exceed expectations with training and employee engagement programs. The role requires an outstanding leader, clear communicator, and progressive thinking to assume responsibility for developing, implementing, and executing new/enhanced business process and solutions to ensure that IT & D and the SRM team runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Lead all performance & planning activities for IT & Digital and the Strategy & Results Management (SRM) office.

• Build a proactive culture of quality and excellence.
• Ensure performance contracts and commitments are aligned with IT&D and SRM strategic priorities, goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, deliver superior results and unlock organizational capacity.
• Ensure that MBRs and all other executive reports are completed on time and to a high level of quality.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
• Develop models that help with decision-making.
• Continually seek out reactive behaviors and ensure they don't repeat.
• Facilitating Technology-wide events both leading up to and during live delivery, including collaborating with stakeholders at all management levels; coordinating supporting teams; pulling together content; providing guidance to presenting teams; executing run-of-show; and staying on top of details every step of the way.
• Pursuing creative solutions to complex problems, ideating and providing strategic solutions to enable our teams to be successful.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in planning & performance within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and competencies.
• Proven experience in developing executive reporting for C suite execs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.

Work Location: MA or NY MA is Prefered Mass 90% remote 10% in office need to be local to an office
