RideNow Powersports, a leading powersports dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internet Sales Professional to join our team. As an Internet Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving online sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions about powersports vehicles
  • Assist customers in the online purchasing process, including completing sales transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to setup appointments for customers to come and see the vehicles that we sell in person

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail or online sales environment
  • Knowledge and passion for powersports vehicles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms such as search engines and social media
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Valid driver's license
