What you’ll do:

  • Operate, set up, and maintain grinding machines.
  • Meet & thrive to exceed set up times and run rates.
  • Properly dress grind wheels and identify when wheels need to be replaced.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they are up to customers’ quality standards.

What you’ll need:

  • A mechanical aptitude and knowledge of basic tools.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
  • Ability to read and understand customer blueprints.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable with being exposed to high temperatures

Monday - Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
