Job Description: Industrial Customer Service Representative
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide accurate product information, including pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand business.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Generate reports and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in industrial customer service or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work the specified hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
