Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our implant corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth operations for product orders and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a supportive and professional relationship with customers, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Provide guidance on product orders and assist customers with navigating the ordering website.
- Handle return shipping label instructions and manage return processes.
- Coordinate between sales teams and both new and existing customers, ensuring that sales representatives are informed based on the customer's region.
- Work closely with doctors to ensure that the correct implant sizes are in stock and available for each case.
- Maintain effective communication with various implant representatives to ensure the office is well-supplied with the necessary products.

The implant coordinator position requires the following skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Self-motivation.
- Empathy for the needs of others.
- A professional demeanor.
- Enthusiasm for helping people through dentistry.

Requirements:

- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (INTERVIEW REQUIRED).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay:  $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Work Location:  In person.
