ROLE PURPOSE:
Seeking a highly motivated individual with 5-10 years corporate accounting skills to be part of the Finance department as Corporate Accountant. Will lead, oversee, and manage all essential accounting functions that meet all internal and external accounting
practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain General Ledger
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statement and Supporting Worksheets
  • Manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
  • Prepare and Post Journal Entries
  • Reconcile Bank Statements, Inventory, Receivables and Payables
  • Prepare and File Sale and Use Taxes
  • Work with Management in Preparation of Annual Budget
  • Prepare and File Government Surveys
  • Work Directly with CPA Firm and Supply Requested Detailed Information
  • Other duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting principals
  • Ability to take the lead and work independentlyCRITICAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Corporate /Manufacturing Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise with financial systems, general ledger, GAAP, financial statements, budgeting, accounts receivables, accounts payable, key operational metrics, audits, and other finance requirements.
  • Capability of handling all aspects of Corporate Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to conduct oneself with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • independently and in a team setting; be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and manage budgets
